1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the HD Studio Terms of Service. You agree to follow this AUP when using HD Studio.
2. Prohibited use
You may not use HD Studio to create, promote, or facilitate:
- Adult content, including pornographic or sexually explicit content (and any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited).
- Video streaming apps where live or on-demand video is hosted and streamed from HD Studio servers. Embedding third-party video platforms (for example, YouTube or Vimeo) is allowed.
- Gambling apps, including sports betting, casinos, lotteries, raffles/sweepstakes, games of chance, or any wagering involving money or prizes.
- Illegal activity under U.S. federal law, including apps that facilitate, encourage, or enable unlawful conduct.
3. Safety and policy enforcement
Studio content, including chat messages, may be reviewed to help keep the Service safe and to enforce our policies.
4. Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service without notice.
