I can’t find the user guide pages
The guide is public at /guide. On mobile, open the navigation drawer using the menu icon.
A page says “not found”
Possible causes:
- The page was never published
- The URL path is incorrect
Something is stuck “Generating…”
Recommended info to capture:
- What you clicked
- The job ID (if shown)
- Any error text
How do I contact support?
Send:
- The URL you were on
- The approximate time it happened
- Screenshots (if possible)
